yes that is true they do that at times.





as to why they do it that can be as easy as they do not think that they are loved at home and wont someone to love, and to love them, to things that are much more complex and as such cannot be explained as easy and sometimes it is just that they have sex and do not know any better then to go bare with-out protection or something happens and the condom breaks or something like that and so they get a child

non-teenagers have babies trying to produce more love in their lives, not realizing those are some big shoes to fill for a little baby.


babies are made by accident from people at all walks of life.


teenagers no matter what they say have the feeling of ';i won`t get pregnant'; and than freak out until they get their period.


it`s a stupid thing.


the thing is these days once a girl is 18 it`s normal for her to have a baby. being a young adult myself the majority of people i know having kids are not teenagers but young adults 18-22. it seems to be a popular age.


i think a lot of it has to do with kids having long lasting relationships. every couple i know having kids has been dating for 3+ years so they feel it`s the right time.

I had a child at 16 years old but it wasn't because I wanted/needed to be loved by someone. I was on birth control but it doesn't always work. I have been with my fiance since I was 14 (I am 21 now) and we have had our own apartment since I was 15. So I was already ';playing'; the role of an adult in my situation, going to school, fiance worked, payed bills, ect. Most of the time it is accidents/not using birth control or not using it correctly.
No. The majority have babies due to not being responsible and using birth control and end up getting pregnant. Although I won't say that there isn't a few babies out there due to the fact that they see someone with a child and feel their life might be complete if they have a kid. Only to find out that it's a lot of work,and it's not for everyone. Especially at a young age.
In a way it could be like that im a teen mom of two and yes while i know i made mistakes 2 young in a way it has a lot to do with the lifestyle that you have as you grow up. Sometimes you make choices cause you let bad influence get to you but its never to late to change or open your eyes and change your life around.

Some just purely want something cute too dress up...or a reason not to get a full time job.





Seriously, in Australia, you can get just as much welfare/parenting payment money, as you can for having a minimum wage job.


Plus there is a 5000 dollar baby bonus.





Some see this and go ';Heck, why should I work when I can get money for reproducing';

While it is true that teenagers sometimes see sex as love, teenagers have babies because they don't understand the implications of not using birth control.


Although sometimes they might keep the baby only for the love.
I've known teenage girls to get pregnant (and have babies) who were very loved (and knew it too).





It's a matter of having sex, not being careful to not possibly get pregnant, or not thinking they will.
i think the majority of teenage pregnancies are accidents. i haven't heard that they just want a baby because they need love but it's possible that's why some do.
Teens are stupid and believe if they have a child they will be loved.

Yes in most cases, if they dont get much love at home, then they will search for it elsewhere, (obviously in the wrong places) and then they wind up pregnant.
Teenagers are just impatient.
