Foods that promote good growth (height growth) in teenagers?
Well, I don't think any food can make you taller, but if you eat and drink food with lots of calcium (milk, yogurt, cheese), you will have strong bones, which I guess could make you seem taller (not weak bones that crack), and eat protein (lean meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts), since it will help you built muscle.
