My mom brought me some Ginkgo Biloba tablet supplement from rite aid. It is 30mg per tablet. I was wondering if it is safe to use it. I am 14 years old. Soon turning 15. It didn't mention you can't take it if your under the age of 18.Can teenagers take Ginkgo Biloba?

I'm not sure, but usually it would say on the bottle ';18 and under - ask a doctor about use before taking'; or something like that.
im 19 and i have it and take it, its no more harmful then advil, but its honestly not very effective and there arent concrete studies that really prove it does anythnig noticable
