There are times when it is far beyond what an insane man would do, and the only answer can be to try them as an adult. But if its only a violent crime, they still haven't learned what their actions still truly do to others. IT DEPENDS ON A FEW THINGS. AGE,INTELLIGENCE LEVEL,AND THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT THEY HAVE DONE.

yes, do the crime like an adult, do the time like an adult, and with adults. here in California they have special prisons/housing for these little gangsters. why separate them? they aren't any better then the other criminals!
Absolutely. Most states have an age limit for when you can be tried as an adult. Some have none.
I think they should be tried as adults if they commit a violent crime. Many studies have been done and if they are not punished as teens they will most likely commit the same crime or one similar to it as adults. If it were a non violent offense I would probably say no...just depends on the circumstances though.
Yes, assuming they aren't developmentally delayed then they know the difference between right and wrong. There is the simple adage: If you can't do the time, then don't do the crime.





They can't commit adult crimes, and then claim too be juveniles when it's convenient for them. If they want to be treated like juveniles, then their parents should be held responsible for their crimes.
